Big Mike's Burger Bun:
500g flour
12g salt,Place in bowl

330g water
60g butter
60g milk powder
10g sugar,Heat briefly in a pan until the butter has dissolved. Allow to cool slightly.
1 pac dry yeast,Add and mix. Add to the flour/salt and knead slowly for about 10 minutes.
Form approx. 100g/balls with a little oil brush carefully and press flat.
Cover and let rest until doubled in size.
Briefly bring some baking soda, water and cornflour to the boil in a pan.
Consistency should be slightly thick such as: liquid cream.
With brine brush and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes.
Blue Chai Ice TeA:
250 grams of sugar
3-4 pcs cinnamon sticks
30 g blue chai flowers
500 grams of water
Bring everything to the boil and let it steep.
Then strain through a fine sieve and top up with 5 liters of cold water.
When serving, add fresh ginger, mint, lemon and ice
Bounty muffins:
500 grams of butter
1.5 kg sugar, beat until fluffy
2 kg flour + a pac baking powder
1.2 liters coconut milk + 1 liter whole egg
200 g chocolate chips, gradually add everything to the foamy butter.
Bake at 185°C for about 20 minutes.
